After you complete your order on our website, we may Call you or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order. Please note if we are unable to reach you via provided phone number, your order will not be dispatched.

 Shipping

After your order confirmation, your order is usually dispatched within 24-48 hours (Sunday and public holidays are off) and delivered in 2-4 working days after dispatch within Pakistan. It may take longer to deliver in remote areas.

If any item in your order is out of stock or not fit for sale due to quality issue, we will remove it from your order and dispatch rest of the items.

Courier delivery rider sometime may call you, therefore, please keep your phone switched on and answer calls from unidentified numbers.

For cash on delivery payments, please keep exact change ready, as some time courier rider may not have change available along with him.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
